Shipping
Within Canada
Most of our items can be shipped by Registered Mail, costing CAN$12.27. For multiple items, we will let you know the cost of shipping once we receive your order.
All orders are shipped with insurance and a tracking number. In order to minimize package theft, we will request a signature upon delivery. This can be waived in your delivery preferences, however you would accept liability if the package is lost or stolen.
International Destinations
Please contact us and we will give you an estimate of the cost.
Returns/Exchanges
Unworn items can be returned for credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us via email at [email protected] ASAP if you are not satisfied with your order. Please note the following exception:
- Earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
A credit code will be issued via email after we receive and inspect the return.
Bespoke Orders
If you have a special treasure that you would love to have turned into a whimsical piece of custom jewellery, we can do that! Email us with a picture of your rock/shell/glass, etc to discuss what we can do to create a beautiful memento for you. All custom orders require a 50% deposit in advance and are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.
